FoodShare

Starbucks FoodShare is an ongoing effort comprised of hunger relief work and food donation, supporting communities across U.S. neighborhoods. Briefed as a net new evergreen webpage, I took the project a step further and created a new visual identity for FoodShare that resulted in not only a successful webpage, but also several brand campaigns across owned and social channels. I designed the original launch page, complete with new visual assets such as illustration and animation, and maintained content updates quarterly.

Problem-solving through design.

The core of FoodShare, the impact that every customer and store has on their community, is key in conveying the purpose of the platform. But sometimes, it can be complex and difficult to explain. To illustrate the process, I created step-by-step graphics and animated the food donation journey—a visual element that went above and beyond the brief and drove exceedingly positive reviews from stakeholders and is useful for customers.

Storytelling in numbers.

A carousel of numbers and statistics brings an interactive element to the webpage and is easily updated on a quarterly basis.
