    I lead a creative team within Global Communications to tell impactful brand stories, craft business communications, and elevate the ways we reach internal and external audiences. My direct team includes designers and content editors, and I also work with strategists, producers, writers, photographers, and agencies. I am directly involved in creative production from concepting to planning to execution. I work with my peers and stakeholders to determine priorities and marketing strategy as business needs shift, often rapidly. By bringing clarity to our process and work, I ensure consistency across the brand for digital campaigns, social media content, immersive web experiences, and creative communications.

    Senior Designer
    Phoenix, Arizona — 2021–2022

    I developed global brand storytelling and communication design within Public Affairs and the Creative Studio. I led large-scale campaigns, evolved the brand, and played a key role in strategy. Mentoring other designers, working with contractors and agencies, and working closely with senior and C-level leadership advanced my growth as a creative and a leader. Alongside creative producers, I defined cross-functional processes and developed tools and templates to ensure consistent project management.

    Within Public Affairs, I worked on brand campaigns and initiatives for internal and external communications that built on the core values of the company. Focus areas included social impact marketing, sustainability, community engagement, and corporate communication.     On the Alexa Marketing team, I raised the bar of the visual language for engaging with customers throughout their interaction with the brand. I developed several high-profile, global marketing campaign experiences on the web, in advertising, and on Amazon devices. I brought more efficiency to the team by building a suite of UX design systems and tools to bring design and copywriting teams closer together, creating better ways to collaborate and achieve results.
