Brunch Board
Charcuterie, cheese and meat, formaggi, snack tray—call it what you want, but we love nibbling on these food boards pre-dinner, for dinner, post-dinner, even late night. But always toward the end of the day, right? They’re fun to order out (if you like a little surprise) and even more fun to build. But who says you can’t go in on one of these for breakfast—or better yet—tailor it especially for breakfast?
I’m not sure why the idea never crossed my mind (or my Instagram feed) until dining at Mr. West one Saturday morning, but this should’ve been obvious.
Assembled for one or for many, a brunch board is as easy (maybe even easier) than your typical board. For whatever reason, we’ve deemed certain foods as “breakfast foods,” so start there if you’re feeling stumped.
