BBQ Sliders & Co.

Food for thought. That’s merely what this is. Categorized under “Snacks,” these are all great on their own and, together, make a meal. In a reasonable amount of time from cutting board to plate, my semi-homemade approach to this one was perfect for a mid-week dinner. And tomorrow’s leftovers truly will be some delicious snacks.

  • Mesquite BBQ Pork Sliders

  • Macaroni and (Blue) Cheese

  • Coleslaw

  • Oven fries

With no recipes to follow and not much of a plan, take this as inspo and enjoy a few tips and tricks along the way.
